Jacquie resides in Calgary and Southern California. Her work has been part of many group shows and in a number of galleries both in Calgary and California. Her work hangs in homes and offices around the world.
My Story
Somehow I became an artist despite my parent’s best efforts to dissuade me. That can’t be a real career! I spent many years in engineering and business roles, though a creative thread wove through. What a happy place to find myself now as an artist exploring the world and seeing it with an artist’s eye. I hope that joy comes through in my work. When I’m not wandering the world behind my husband on our tandem bike, I hope I’m capturing those feelings and images in my studio or outside behind my easel. Art is a beautiful journey and I’m happy to be along for the ride.
